REFUNDS
What is your Refund Policy?
The item must be in original condition, unused, with all original attachments, labels, and tags intact for the return to be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
Please note that discounted items due to minor printing errors or other minor defects are sold as-is and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. What are your beach towels made of, and how does the fabric feel?
Our beach towels are made from microfibre fabric, which is soft, plush, and luxurious. The material is sand free, light weight, compact, highly absorbent and quick-drying, making it perfect for beach outings and water-related activities
What sizes are available for your beach towels?
180x90cm, which was designed to be larger than your average beach towel that way when your at the beach or the park you can lay on a towel long enough and wide enough to fit you!
Why are microfiber towels better than cotton?
Microfibre towels offer unmatched advantages over cotton towels. They are compact, lightweight, and fold easily, making them perfect for travel.
Their exceptional absorbency, quick-drying properties, and sand-free nature ensure maximum comfort during beach outings!
How do I care for my beach towel?
To keep your beach towel in top condition, we recommend a machine cold wash. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners and tumble drying to extend the lifespan of the beach towels.
Are your beach towels good for traveling?
Yes, our beach towels are designed to be lightweight and compact, making them ideal for travel. They fold up to less than half the size of a traditional cotton towel therefore take up minimal space in your luggage or beach bag!

What are the gym towels made of and how do they feel?
Our gym towels are made from microfibre suede, which is a high-quality blend of polyester and polyamide. The fabric feels soft to touch and is incredibly lightweight, making it perfect for your gym sessions.
Although some people can find the feeling of the microfibre fabric different to what you might normally use if you've only ever used cotton, but trust us it's game changing.
Are the gym towels absorbent?
Absolutely! Our microfibre towels are highly absorbent and can absorb up to 4 times their weight, keeping you clean and dry during your workout.
What are the available sizes for gym towels, and how should I choose the right size?
We offer one size for our gym towels: 120x60cm. The large size was specifically designed to cover benches and gym equipment during weightlifting exercises.
Do the gym towels come with a carry bag pouch?
Yes, all our gym towels and beach towels come with a matching carry bag pouch that you can use to store your phone, keys, or other small essentials while at the gym.
How do I care for my gym towel?
To maintain the quality of your gym towel, we recommend washing it separately in a cold machine wash and hanging it out to dry. Avoid using fabric softener, as it can reduce the towel's absorbency over time.
